We Built the LEGO James Bond 007 Aston Martin DB5

We’re absolutely thrilled to have gotten our hands on the brand new LEGO James Bond 007 Aston Martin DB5 set!

This, can you believe it, is the first time LEGO and the James Bond brand have teamed up? We certainly hope it’s not the last time!

Mission dossier

The instructions manual comes in the format of a cool mission dossier, just like from the movies, and it even has the words, FOR YOUR EYES ONLY printed across it, which is a beautiful touch.

1200 pieces

It’s a fairly challenging build, with over 1,000 pieces, and it took me and my friend a couple of evenings to complete, so you certainly get your money’s worth, in terms of building. Because, as I always say, building is the fun part.

Perfect for displaying

Once you’ve finished building it, and once you’ve had your fair share of playing with its cool gadgets and features, the model also makes for a fantastic display piece! Whether you’re a fan of the James Bond franchise, Aston Martins, or both, this model will have no issue taking pride of place on a shelf or in a display cabinet in your office, bedroom or den.
